Day 2-Getting Out of a Rut

I was sleep deprived the whole day.

At least I stuck to my 8am alarm clock… which I slept through for an hour.

Regardless, I planned to sleep well until I couldn’t because of a sore throat. It’s 1 am and I’ve been drinking medicine to soothe my pain while watching Dr Andrew Huberman on the TV on how to improve my sleep.

What I Learned:

  • Consistent sleep is important
  • Poor sleep for multiple days leads to higher chance of getting sick
  • Clean everything regularly, especially your water bottle

  • 1st chapter of The Courage to Be Happy @Fully Booked Book Store. I like how they tackle the idea that happiness = avoid praising and rebuking others was raised in the book. I did realize that Adler’s principles weren’t exactly optimal or practical after I applied them when reading the first book. It’s a shame I didn’t continue reading this book or buying it though.
